Terms and Conditions
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All of our orders are shipped via US Mail (2-8 business days), FEDEX Ground (2-8 days), or UPS (2-8 days). All shipments have a tracking number with the respective shipping carrier. The shipping & handling fee is based flat rate, and calculated during checkout of your order. If an item is back ordered, you will be notified via e-mail or it will be disclosed in the product description upon purchase.
The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon tender to the carrier. Wheelplususa will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or marked ''delivered'' shipments after your order is picked up from our warehouse and in possession of the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives with substantial damage to the outside packaging, you must take clear photos and submit the images to Wheelplususa Customer Service: sales@Wheelplususa.com within 72 hours of receiving your package for our records. Keep these photos, as you will need them to file a claim with the shipping courier.
If the contents inside are damaged, you will need to open and file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Once the product leaves our warehouse, Wheelplususa is not liable for any damages during transit.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Wheelplususa ships worldwide. International Customers are responsible for all import fees, duties, VAT, GST, TAX, handling fees and all other import costs in their respective country. Wheelplususa only charges for shipping & handling.
Notification of Damage, Wrong Items or Missing Items
Packaging: Wheelplususa takes great care in ensuring your items are well protected and uses the proper packaging and insulation to protect your item(s) from damage. If any packaging seems to be damaged in transit, you agree to notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We suggest you have the delivery agent notate that a package is damaged. You MUST keep all packaging and insulation for us to file a shipping insurance claim on your behalf.
Items: Sometimes freight companies mishandle packages and damage may not be visible on your package. You agree to notify us within 72 hours of delivery if items are damaged upon inspection, or if you have received the wrong item.
RETURN POLICY
Wheelplususa wants you to take comfort in knowing that all uninstalled unused items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of item(s) receipt. *Exceptions apply, see below:
- Products must be unused and in the condition they were received within original or comparable packaging.
- Wheels: If you mount tires on wheels, they are deemed used and non-refundable.
- Wheel & Tire Packages: Any wheels that are mounted on a tire are deemed used and non-refundable.
- Each Seat Upgrade Kit is custom made to order and therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Any products that require paint such as our Front Bumper Refresh is deemed used once painted. Painted products including our Front Bumper Refresh are non-refundable.
- You agree to be responsible for return shipping and handling cost.
- Once your return is received, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow two business days for your return to be processed. Please note, depending on your credit card or bank, it may take 2-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
- Core Refund: Your core must be in like new condition with no visible damage, scratches or imperfections. Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect to ensure it is like new. If not, the core will be returned to you and you will not be eligible for the core refund.
- Items are non-refundable after 60 days from order date.
If you purchase an item(s) from us when it was not on sale you may be eligible for a sale price adjustment within 7 days of the date you placed your order. No sales adjustments will be made for purchases that are more than 7 days from the date of purchase.
If you made a purchase and received a discount (ie. Free Shipping), you are not eligible for a sale price adjustment should a better sale come out afterwards.
Finish Warranty:
- • Polished and uncoated/raw finish wheels oxidize and require regular maintenance. Polished aluminum and uncoated/raw wheels are not covered under this warranty.
- • Surface rust, pitting or discoloration, which are direct results of improper maintenance, are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
- • Floating caps and Spinners have a limited warranty of 30 days.
WheelPlusUSA's sole and exclusive obligation under this Limited Warranty shall be to repair or replace at WheelPlusUSA's sole discretion, without charge up to the original purchase amount, any Product that does not conform as warranted herein and is returned with a copy of the original sales receipt or satisfactory evidence of date of purchase to the dealer from whom the Product was originally purchased or to WheelPlusUSA . Such repair or replacement shall not include incidental charges such as removal, installation or shipping. In no event shall WheelPlusUSA be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages. Wheels replaced under warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original Limited Warranty in place for that specific Product at that time.
CLAIMS
We, as the manufacturer, reserve the right to inspect and test any structural integrity claims with respect to our exterior accessories, interior accessories, suspension, and wheels.
SALES PRICE ADJUSTMENT
If you purchase an item(s) from us when it was not on sale you may be eligible for a sale price adjustment within 7 days of the date you placed your order. No sales adjustments will be made for purchases that are more than 7 days from the date of purchase.
If you made a purchase and received a discount (ie. Free Shipping), you are not eligible for a sale price adjustment should a better sale come out afterwards.
RECEIVED INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In case you received the wrong items or believe you have a product with a manufacturer defect, you are requested to contact us as within 72 hours of receiving your order with Wheelplususa Customer Service: Sales@Wheelplususa.com. You will be asked for photo documentation and a description of what was wrong with the order. Submitting a claim does not warrant an automatic refund. We reserve the right to investigate and make the final decision on all claims.
SHIPPING COST
We incur administrative costs when receiving and processing your Purchase. We also incur costs for packaging and restocking your product if you return your Purchase. As a result, you may return your order, but your shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you reject attempted delivery of your order, and the products are returned to us you agree to be responsible for the return Shipping Cost. The return Shipping Cost will be based on the original Shipping Cost of the order. If you received a "Free Shipping" promotion on your order, you acknowledge that the return Shipping Cost will be based on our standard flat rate shipping costs of each respective item in your order.
You acknowledge that the Shipping Cost is a fair and reasonable estimate of the actual damages that we have incurred or may incur, costs that are otherwise impracticable or extremely difficult to determine.
PRE-ORDER PURCHASES
We incur administrative costs when receiving and processing your Pre-Order Purchase. We also incur costs for remarketing and reselling your pre-ordered product if you cancel your Pre-Order Purchase. As a result, you may cancel your order or make any changes to your order fourteen (14) calendar days after your Purchase Date without charge. Should you make any changes to your Pre-Order Purchase after fourteen (14) calendar days, you will be subject to a $100 change order fee. Should you decide to cancel your Pre-Order thirty (30) calendar days after your Purchase Date, you will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. You acknowledge that the Change Order Fee and Cancellation Fee amount is a fair and reasonable estimate of the actual damages that we have incurred or may incur, costs that are otherwise impracticable or extremely difficult to determine.
LOCAL SERVICES
If you purchase any of our Local Custom Services including but not limited to Window Tint, Xpel Paint Protection Film, Chrome Delete, Complete Vehicle Wrap, Painted Calipers, these Custom Services once completed and installed are non refundable. Should a repair deem necessary it will be covered by our warranty and needs to be done at our facility.
